Hello to everyone. We are not a clan, but an association of players who have recording software and would be willing to record your scrims for you! All you have to do is post the time and the place where the scrim will be played, and the first LF member who volunteers for it will come to the scrim and record it. Fill in this chart a little ahead from the scrim:

If you would like to join, post here, send me a PM or talk to me in-game! Basically, anyone who has recording software and is planning on dedicating some time to it can join in! We would also like for our members to have a certain maturity. Once you join in, make a youtube account (make sure you can upload videos to it) and post it here. We will have a list of all the scrims that have been recorded so you can watch them over and over while eating popcorn.

Currently pending projects:

-We need a person to both record and edit footage in order to make a great clan video for team [FRO]. You will have to edit the video in cooperation with SSD (over skype or other communication programs). If you have the time for it and have video editing skills, you can pick this project up by posting in this thread or talking to me in game.


On a side note, I would like to add this is not anyhow related to Pilot-David's 'Altitude Youtube Clan'.

If I happen to be on at a time when people are scrimming I'd be happy to help out. I have the full version of iShowU HD Pro and am able to record at up to 720p60 so count me in! I'm also willing to take minor editing requests when I'm not working on other projects.

When I do record matches, I will make a nice intro for each video.

As of right now, I don't think anyone is doing voice commentaries, although we might start doing that later.. And yes, we will send you whatever you like, just let us know that when you ask for a recording. We'll try to manipulate it if you want us to, or if you don't we'll just send you what we recorded without anything done to it.

Wonderful initiative, those videos are incredibly useful and I hope it will make up for the absence of replays.

Arr might need your services so I have 2 questions :
How much will you be charging for a recording ? And more importantly, how much will you be charging to erase said recording if it's too embarrassing ?

I can offer some monetary compensation for this, but you will have to deal with my perfectionist attitude and dedicate some hours off your weekends

I personally have limited to mediocre video editing skills, but I was hoping to get someone to work on the editing alongside me whether it be skype, instant messenger, remote desktop, etc.

obviously if nobody can do both I can settle for just raw footage and conscript a co-editor from somewhere else, but I'd personally rather have the person that captured the video help with the editing since there will be the personal pride factor and knowledge of altitude that will help in the process

I think that we should all record a ton of video send all the video to the best video editor, and he puts together a Lens Flare top ten, top ten plays, top ten shots, top ten bloopers, top ten pushes, top ten drops, top ten saves. I think that would be SO cool.

Well, no one seems to be stepping up, so SSD, I think I might be able to help you on your [FRO] project.. I haven't really done video editing before, but I can test my skills on maybe like one or two [FRO] members and see what I can do. What were you thinking about doing, like for the general outline of the project? Also, if I turn out to be a bad video editor, I can get one of our other members to give it a shot, I'm thinking that they just don't read this thread often yet.

So when were you thinking about doing some recordings and also give me a general outline of what you want the video to look like.

Again, if you don't like it, I think Pieface could do some really good editing, as long as he's not tied up with something else

Your will need to do/have:

• Get shots of my clan
• Graphic Design Cooperated
• Get specific shots of my Players (including me) making great kills
• Editing skills
• Preferably a Mac (iMovie)
• I would also like the altitude logo cooperated
• Make it somewhat like the altitude promo video
• Have the altitude main menu music in the background (optional)

If you can not do 1 or 2 of those things, I'm ok with it.

I don't have much free time at the moment but I'd be open to helping with some editing work for those who are serious about it when my schedule clears up in about a month.

Pie, ever since I saw your movie on the altitude ladder website, I've been wondering how that's even possible D:. What program did you use to create that? I'd love to get my hands on it and try it out with SSD's project

From what I understand, he used AfterEffects and Final Cut Express.
