Altitude DNS Failure

hi,
last night i have played Altitude and in today when i have try to access i got error that saying "Altitude DNS Failure". then i have retried few times but didn't work. the i have try to access altitudegame.com through Firefox and it also faild (i am typing this through Proxy). then first i throught this cause by viress attack that blocked https and some other sites. then i have try to access eset.com and microsoft.com and both worked perfectly. the only site i canot access is altitudegame.com. please help me regarding this and sorry for the my poor English. oh! i forgot to say that i am live in Sri Lanka.

for some reason i cannot attach my log file(i guess because i am accessing this site through proxy) because of it i have put it in hotfile.com

Most users are not experiencing this problem. Where are you playing from? Have you tried using Google DNS? http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html

Please try this to verify your route to our server:

Start -> Run -> cmd

tracert 75.102.27.114

Wait for the trace route to finish.

Using your mouse, left click and drag to select the results.
Right click to copy the selected results to the clip board.
Email the results to support@nimblygames.com

It's very strange that you can ping our server but not access altitudegame.com

Please try switching your computer to use Google DNS -- http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html -- and see if that resolves your issues.
