Altitude wont load

Hi, i have been away from Altitude for about 3 months, i am now active but cant get altitude to load. i tried reinstalling but nothing, the altitude logo pops up then disappears and nothing.


I am using OSX 10.6.4 , 2GB Ram, 2.4 Ghz Intel Core2 duo.

Edit: just tried reinstalling again, same happens, i go to run altitude then the logo quickl;y disappears and nothing.

Edit: My firewall is set to allow comms to and from altitude so its not that.
