Bad math?

So basically i just played a game where the base had 32 hp and bombed for 33 damage and they were left with 1 hp. I'm assuming the math has gone askew at some point?

I can only assume one of two things happened:

1. CCN got inside the game.
2. The base had 32.61 HP (The game rounded down) and the bomb hit for 32.60 HP which the game rounds up. Since the base now has 0% HP rounding down, due to the effects of an older patch the game displays it as 1% until it is destroyed.

Note: I pulled those numbers out of my ass, but the concept still stands. However, I think we all know CCN is behind this.
