It also correlates with which game mode you play in. For instance - almost nobody plays in 1dm / tdm and wouldn't really notice people like king or ryguy.

I know for sure I have no idea about many of the ballers (Which ajuk's list consists of almost entirely).

yeah checking top actives in ladder will complete the list and isnt very subjective, thats why i made a list of people who i used to see a lot and arent around anymore.

Being in +8 GMT, the players I usually see on when I'm playing are (which is usually after the last of the US community goes to sleep):

KLF.step
bong
juin.cv
Them =AIR= folks

Though on weekends I see most everyone else if I play in my early morning.
