Are these guys copying Altitude's swagger? Opinions? On iPhone?

If you mean this:
http://www.supermono-studios.com/gam...adron-trailer/ Then no, it looks more influenced by of old arcade games like Stargunner with maybe some altitude like graphics, especially the "Incoming wave" and the shooting style (spread), power ups etc. Probably it has boses and stages. Definitely altitude like in some ways but it seems pretty different going by that short trailer. |

ive been playing this game way before altitude was downloadable, so I highly dought it.

I played it: its really easy, reasonably entertaining, but doesn't fall under the same genre as altitude other than the fact that it is 2D and has planes. All projectiles are fired in a linear path similar to biplane bullets.
