So, whilst I'm sadly back at work today, I am somewhat happy because my manager put me to the back of our call queue the other day and forgot to take me off. This benefits me because this means that I won't get a call unless the other 23 staff in my department are on the phone. Whilst this is great (and the greatness is the reason I haven't asked my manager to rectify the situation) it leaves me somewhat bored. It is for this reason that I am asking you, the altitudians, to entertain me until I finish at 6pm gmt.

Kuja it was only that far back because I wasn't using it.

Booksmart, they couldn't do anything because I dealt with all calls that came through (which ended up being 42, so I think he noticed)

Ya I don't feel like going out. Too many drunks and cops on the road. I don't particularly like either.

Lam and I are going to take my son to the Notre Dame-Miami game, watch the Fighting Irish kick some ass, then come home and eat, drink and be freakin merry. I may be down for a few games of Altitude. I agree Dani- maybe it's like pool and you get better the more drinks you have.

"who can hold the longest" is basically putting your phone straight on hold rather than speaking to the client and leaving them there indefinately while checking how long it takes until they finally hang up. Office record is an hour and 30 mins.

Besides its not that messed up. They don't deserve to get through to us when they leave it until the last minute to add their friend to their policy cuz "he's driving tonight", then call us cunts and tell us we've ruined their entire night because the twat they're attempting to add is unable to be added onto their policy because he's had three sp50's, two in10's and just got off a 12 month driving ban for a dr10, and the company refuse to have him on the policy due to the risks involved. Yeah, totally MY fault, asshole!
