Registration issue

Hi guys. I've run into a problem with my registration. I paid for your product, and received my activation email, and my son used it to activate the product.

I also have a name and account for myself, as does my other son.
Unfortunately, when we play under our own names, we are restricted to the demo version.

The code won't work on ours, saying that it's been used on another account already.
Any suggestions?

Hey playerzero,

An Altitude Registration Key is used to upgrade 1 account to the full version of the game.

An Altitude account can be used on any computer but only 1 computer can be logged in at a time.

One tip might be to use the namechange feature so you can be the "right" person when you're logged in. Unfortunately you'll still share a friends list, but at least you can maintain distinct identities on the servers if you want.
