It would be nice if we could build stuff for kills.
Example: you play hard for your team, made 20 kills, and you instantly get random item in your "hands" just like powerup, and you place it in game with special button, buildings like turret, heal powerup team spawner, rocket, shield, and on the 80th kill you get a bomb spawner to place where you want)
