::Advice for all team members::

for everyone if you are not on mumble it really is worth the download:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mumb...3.msi/download this is the windows version, others available

even if you dont have a mic or do not wish to talk you can hear a team mates speech so it helps

mumble details for our server are as follows:

you have four fields to fill in

1. server name (i use LF server)
2. address (scrapbrain.co.uk)
3. port (64738)
4. username (original altitude name...mine being Ragnorak727)

any questions please ask

Danke!

Oh I'm sorry about that But hey we have something in common, do Lens Flare carry a "LF" tag before their names too? If so we might consider changing our in-game tag.

We will try scrim soon, also I'm trying to arrange to host a private server for our own practice but that will take a while.

Thanks Goose

BTW guys, this is our clan thread. We can communicate here (since some of you were asking if PM only) freely and openly.

We use PM only if we don't want something public, otherwise everyone in Livewire Flyers feel free to post on this thread. This thread will also contain our scrim timings, who will be attending, etc.

If you want to be updated by email everytime this thread gets updated, click "Thread Tools->Subscribe to this thread" (on the top right of this thread).

Thorn!! Cool Pic!! Love the "::" on the sides!

gRim: Welcome!! Yes we will soon try to arrange some scrims.

Nummer5 is still missing on the forums, he logs into Alti everyday (but not when I'm online) so I'm not able to reach him yet. Try adding him as Friend in Alti ("Friends", "Add Friend").

Wish I was back in EU at this crucial time but I get back only on Jan 28th of this month. But even then I'll try to arrange a scrim.

Welcome Zoda!!

I just noticed while trying to send you a PM that you have disabled it.

Can you please enable Private Messaging? Go to "Quick Links->Edit Options". There check the "Enable Private Messaging" box please... Not sure why you disabled it

Maybe we can find some time that suits most of us and just play these days, just to figure each other out. It is easyer to predict ones actions and pass right if u know the guys style. I've played some games with tekno and west, others not so much. Just say when, I'm here these days.
ps It can be any public game, not just us - just for warmups

I'm on GMT, and should be online most evenings except tuesdays. Weekends change quite a bit but in theory should be about fairly often.

An easier way is to use the person's Vapor ID. Go to AltBouncer, type in the nickname, and copy the Vapor ID. Then paste the Vapor ID into the add friend field in Altitude.

If you are in-game, you can also look at the list of recent players (after clicking Add Friend) and add them that way.

Thanks Regen

---

Hey Blue, thanks, to be honest, I made the current pic in a hurry just put together some stuff in photoshop. Looking forward for your pic.

In fact I'm thinking about using Thorn's pic as our clan pic, it looks great, but I'd like a little more "Altitude" like elements in it (like maybe plane perhaps) and also some electricity in the background. I'll try to do these modifications and see where it goes.

---

Guys it seems weekends work for all, and on weekdays (except Thursdays) late evenings (probably after 7) Central European Time works. This doesn't work for me until I'm back in EU (end of this month) but after that it should be a lot easier.

Default My First Try

well heres the version 1.0

can be edited, enjoy

Link: http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/7...3452623456.jpg

my first thought when i saw you say you wanted lightning was this, which isnt lightning, but more of a cool electricity effect. I had to sharpen te mirandas because otherwise it would fuzzy, so i didnt want you too make that crappy. So anyway, the font i used was i believe the same one thats in altitude, but im not sure. any questions, just PM or post

Hey Blue, that's a pretty cool pic, love the glowing letters and electric effects!

I also like the charging randas on the sides too

P.S. Oh and one small thing, you got our team name wrong

Not that I'm trying to enter into some sort of competition with Blue or anything but I also did this variation on my previous one, a bit more obviously the side of a plane this time.

I've got the remains of the flu atm so I've got a fair bit of time on my hands.

EDIT: Oh, and this badge too

Blue I see you churned out another nice pic This time you got the name right, hehe.

Thorn, those pics are amazing!! Get well soon too btw! Thorn can you mix the first pic and the second one (so it shows the full name too)?? I'll make it our official logo!!

BTW the badge is super cool too, this could probably even be made into some Ace rank
