Default Aple f´kers

Since i play alti...
broke in 2, the right cursor key (black keyboard),
left cursor key got stucked (white keyboard) and stopped functioning,
left cursor key jumped off (grey keyboard)... still works.

Assistance: Although in warranty period, (17 months since i bought it) Aple will probably consider this a case of misusage.
Me: Why?
Assistance: Because of the way it looks.
Me: Why? How should it look? Whats a keyboard bad use?
Assistance: Well i've once sent them 1 just like yours and they didnt accept it... was considered bad usage.
Me: How long will it take for me to know the answer?
Assistance: 3 weeks to a month.
Me: "%#%$"&$& - ok...

After this, they gave the "tiny letters"...
* In case i didnt acept the prognostic (wich we always have to pay, although inside warranty period), that is, in case i had to pay for them to fix it, i would have to pay something like 40 euros (45-50 USD??) to have it back... It costs near 50 euros new...
Arg... F'KERS

-I have an iPod Touch first gen, still working perfectly after 4 years. Since last year they just completely forgot about us and stopped making updates for our device. I know the tech specifications of the older devices aren't the same, but still...

-They made the Mac App Store only available for Snow Leopard users. Now I'm gonna have to spend 30€ to buy it, and more money when Lion comes out.

sigh

Cleverbot would've given you better service, I'm sure. But yeah, sorry for your loss.

This won't help -- at all -- but I offer it anyway:

I work at a school and am 1/2 of the IT support for teachers (+ students, staff, etc.). We have an administrator (vice-principal basically) who is very computer illiterate. Nice guy, good administrator, though. So... he reports that his keyboard has stopped working. So I check it out, yep, it's broken, and I give him another one. About two weeks go by and he again says that it's broken. I'm skeptical, because how can someone who barely uses their computer wear it out in two weeks, but still I check it out. He's not in his office, so I investigate the scene a bit. There's a small amount of water under his keyboard and when I lift the keyboard and finally turn it over, about a tablespoon of water drips out (that's 15 mL for you folks following along in the rest of the world). So I glance around for water bottles, soda cans, etc., but there's nothing. EXCEPT, there is a potted plant at the very top edge of his desk. So I piece it together: he's been watering his plant every so often and his desk slopes slightly and he has a keyboard drawer, so the water runs off onto the keyboard/drawer and ruins the keyboard. Repeatedly.

At least this problem was easy to solve. Fire the administrator and get a new one.

Now have a nice day!

He does not. He's also narcoleptic.

Gah, I spilled a little tiny weeny bit of tea on my desk (that is about 30 tablespoons or 500ml ) and had to replace my ms natural keyboard 4000. These bastards aren't cheap. This is my second time too.

Got myself an autoseal spill proof coffee mug for Christmas

Buy a cheap keyboard that you can just beat the crap out of. That's what I did.
