Unexpected Maintenance - Jan 14th 1:00-1:45 EST

The switch in front of our master server died today. Repair operations took about 45 minutes during which time Altitude was inaccessible. Everything is back up and running smoothly now.

We've heard scattered reports of packet loss spikes on the official servers over the last 2 weeks; with any luck those were symptoms of the dying switch. Let me know if you experience any network issues.
