Bring back the recent updates upon loading

I know its not nearly as pretty, but I find it is a lot more useful of a start up page than colorful, unneeded buttons. This could even be an option, but I always did like reviewing the updates, then if it was worthwhile, reading more into it.

I agree. It'd be more helpful to see a brief overview of the current patch, than the big buttons.
