game is now jerky when playing but smooth when watching

Very confusing, getting 59-60 frames, and when watching others its smooth but when im flying around it is jerky.

Also my mouse is disabled but still when i click it it fires, and right click it uses the secondary fire (I don't have a usable middle button on my tochpad to test that). Checking my game controls it has mouse listed in the secondary controls so I guess the mouse control disabled doesn't disable mouse controls specified for secondary controls

however pls help on jerky =(

Please submit a bug report (F1, reportBug, submit).

Mouse control disabled prevents the mouse from entering MouseNavigation mode -- which allows you to steer using the mouse, and potentially moves the camera to ensure your plane is in the center -- being able to use the bindings is normal and won't cause problems.

Are you absolutely sure that performance is smooth when spectating, but immediately becomes jerky when you're alive? That seems strange and might be a coincidence.

More likely I'd think:
1) Your computer is busy with other stuff -- for example an anti-virus or torrent program running in the background
2) Lag spikes cause everyone else to move erratically

Happened to me too.
Seemed jerky or choppy:
The resolution was alright, no blurring, it was as if the FPS were really low.

Another thing I got to check out is that when pressing tab my ping could be 190~200 (normal to me), but I've got activated to show FPS and ping on the lower corner of screen which showed irregular fps (from 30~70 when usually have steady 70) and 300~350 ping.
My ping on the tab will always differ by 50~100 ms that from the corner.
Unfortunately i don't have a screenshot or a bug report to show.
Next time it happens, i'll remember to do so!

I coudln't record a video of the situation, but filled a report (just happened again); and here it is the thing about the ping that i was saying:
