Not on the ladder but its functioning throughout the server where I play.
I use altitude on Steam, if it ever can help.

I also add that I already have at least 2 to 3 hours of play before it happens.

I've witnessed the super speed while spiking plenty of times, probably cos of packet loss (everything seems to be). The correct play is to streak around the map like a madman and lol if you manage to kill somebody. It's usually followed by a period of slow-mo so its totally balanced.
