ni internet connection detected

hi there i wonder if anyone can help me,ive not played on altitude for about 1 month i tried to play it this afternoon but comes up with no internet connection detected for online play please conect to the internet,but i already am and can play mw2 and bo, ive tried to uninstall and verify cash files ect but no luck can anyone help

This could be caused by a local firewall/security program or your router blocking Altitude from the internet. Try the directions at this page: http://altitudegame.com/firewall

well i tried all that and even had bt tech support do there bit but couldnt,i click play game it comes up nimbly games as usuall then comes up no internet detected ,try again playoffline or exit it seems to click a few times when i launch the game any other ideas
