So i'm confused....


How does the new ladder rating system work?

Are we not supposed to know?

Nobo said he would it explain it all later today. It makes no sense to me right now. I'm currently on a 5W and I only got 15pts for my last win.

the points you received were reduced because your rating was much higher than the average rating in that game. inversely, yank received more points because his rating was far below the average rating.

TY SSD... thats interesting. So what role does team average play in points earned? It seems like players with high scores would be punished for playing against lower rated players. Or am I interpreting it wrong?

you also lose less points for losing against lower level competition, so it evens out

It takes into consideration your streak. If you keep winning and losing around the same area you gain and lose less points. If you are on a winning or losing streak you can more and more or lose more and more.

i feel like you have to actually play to get winning streaks so i'm not sure i can trust mike's knowledge of their scoring
