+1 Arsenal!!!!!!!!!
1 easy-ish way to implement this which wouldn't require use of server-space would be to implement a text file where the users themselves would need to put the vapor id of the person along with the "Known-as" name for that person. Or, it could be an option to be able to right click their name and click "Add to 'Known-As' file," where you are then prompted to type in a name. Then, add an option to be able to right click their name, click search for other name and it will search the sheet. The benefit of this strategy is that people could put whatever names they wanted for people, and you would not need to host the additional information. |

also, if it was a simple file of some sort, one person could make a thorough one and share it with people.

Possibly something that could be added with this would be a "Forum Name," I know several forum members (Evan20000, [Y], me, etc.) who's forum name is drastically different from their common one (Because they made it earlier.)
Just a thought |

I think this is excessive. If people want to change their names to avoid harassment, or for whatever other reason, that's why the option is there. I've never seen a videogame compile a list of aliases, and it really doesn't seem necessary.
I think we're asking too much of the dev's sometimes, just because they're so cool to allow us to make such requests. |

on steam you can right click every friends name and there is an alias option that allows you to see every name that friend has ever had

it would make things way easier, not having to ask the players, what was your last name etc.
