Picked a random letter, turned out to be B:

My top 5 'B' bands are:

Bloc Party (a weekend in the city is possibly the best album ever)
Blood Red Shoes (duo from Brighton, awesome sound)
Billy Talent (Just good, standard punk)
Biffy Clyro: (Hey, I just like their songs)
Bad Religion: (Good ole' anti-american punk, the earlier stuff is best: Against the grain, Suffer, etc...)

I have also seen all of these peoples live

Avenged Sevenfold. Not their older screamo stuff, but their newer albums (self-titled album and nightmare).

i was gonna zip up some music but realized i should probably just tell you what to get and let you use your own means (preferably buying them!) to get 'em. these are album titles, not song titles. this is what's currently on mah playlist.

Animal Collective - Strawberry Jam
Justice - Cross
Metric - Fantasies
Radiohead - In Rainbows
Spoon - Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga
The Black Keys - Brothers
Deerhunter - Cryptograms
Deerhunter - Halcyon Digest

The lonely Island makes masterpieces of work. Its crazy what they come up with. Amazing what they can make a song about and get over 10 million hits on youtube haha

Oh laud. I hate Biffy Clyro. Saw them live as they were warmup acts to muse. Uggh. Painful.

Lonely island is just a standard parody of all the crappy club music out there. The artists realise that they have to join in with them or be exposed for how lulzy their lyrics and songs are.

I Blame Coco

Biffy were great when I saw them at Reading last year.

Also, how can you slag them off and put Hadouken! Literally of their songs are the same, and not the good "well don't fix it if it ain't broken" same, the awful "we can only sing fast lyrics to the same bass" kind of same.

I thought I didn't care for Biffy until I saw them live and realised I hated them and wanted it to stop.

I just threw out a name in that genre. If you don't like them then there's other mainstream stuff that other people have mentioned; Pendulum, Prodigy, LCD Soundsystem, deadmou5, Justice, VENT, Discobot etc. to keep you going

Hadouken! were at a festival I was at 2 years ago. Didn't care enough to see them. ups.

Just stuff that comes to mind:

Lonely Island
Cee-Lo/Gnarls Barkley
The Beatles (no duh)
Green Day
Gorillaz
Owl City
Sonic Youth
Pearl Jam
The Fray
The Script
Muse
U2
K'naan
Smashing Pumpkins
Queen

And of course, the Village People
