Anyone know anything about law?

So kind of going off the ask a physicist thread - is there anyone in here with any legal knowledge? (Specifically I'm looking for car contracts advice as a car dealer is trying to screw me over and it's kind of time sensitive right now).

i know fishibaron was some sort of prosecutor for the city of Chicago if i remember correctly. dont think he really checks the forums though or plays alty much for that matter, but if you dont find anyone eles i could probably get a hold of him as im sure he wouldnt mind giving some advice at all

Both of my parents are lawyers. My dad is a contract lawyer, albeit real estate contracts, but he may know a thing or two about car contracts.

Im guessing he made it fairly obvious. Such as changing the contract/trying to charge him for something they didnt agree to.

Same as ccn as his industry (FSA) are the regulators of my industry (car insurance) - I think both of us are no help though as you appear to be asking about the laws around buying cars and not the insurance of the car.
Is this something to do with K's car (shortened so as to not give her name out to the world :P) that you had to buy a part for the other day?
I'm pretty sure there was another lawyer (other than fishi) on alti, but I can't remember who it was.
