Altitude Fantasy Football League 2011!

yup, pending the end of the NFL lockout, we're gonna do it again this season. active owners from last season have priority spots, so we have 4 spots available as of now. owners from last season have until august 1st to renew their team, otherwise i will find a replacement.

standings from last season can be found here:

grats again MJ for winning last season.

scoring system is yahoo defaults + additional points awarded for reaching yardage/TD/reception milestones. specifics can be found here.

to avoid a similar situation to when i rejected a truepa!N trade for being stupid when it actually probably would have helped him win the league, i am going to make the trade veto option by vote this time around. this means we will need active owners.

please post here with a resume describing why you should be in this league and what body part you are willing to give up if you do not remain active. if you also happen to be a hot girl, please enclose a picture and PM your application to G00SE.

on an unrelated note, we at the management of the Altitude FFB Champeenship are also accepting donations of brand new boxes of kleenex. we can not describe in detail what specifically they are for, just know that they are going to be used for a good cause.

Though I am much used to regular round drafting, I do feel that auction drafting requires more knowledge and knack for picking and paying for players (instead of getting the luck of the draw), so I'm fine with either

keep in mind that you will need to dedicate several hours out of a saturday (probably in september) just for this draft, and that you need to set your rosters every week. rojo has told me that he doesn't want to be in the league anymore, so i'll figure out how to fill the 4 spots later.

the trade i rejected was truepa!N trading jay cutler to clapon for michael vick because at that point i thought vick wasn't going to start. ofc, kolb gets immediately injured the next week and truepa!N slides out of the playoffs
