Default Unable to host server after update

I have been hosting a server for my and my friends, however, after the recent update, I have not been able to start it.
Upon starting, It will try to configure UPNP, and give an error about that. It will then give this, and exit.

It looks like the server is failing to grab its socket. Perhaps the outdated server process is still running, blocking access to the socket? Please check running processes, kill any suspicious java or server_launcher processes that may be hung, and try launching your server again.
