Plane lock out

I've been thinking of a new server option; when making a server you could be able to "lock out" certain planes.
This would have to be for level 60 players but then you could make scrimages of all randas, everything but whales or biplane vs. whales vs. bombers.
What's everyone think?

This is an option for servers already but I think you need the highest level access on the server to use it.

This option isn't really available to most admins of most servers either. You can't configure the server to do this--the only way you'd be able to do this is to install something like PALP to programmatically force people out of the game if they decide to spawn with a forbidden plane. Most server admins lack the technical know-how to do it (or are forbidden from doing this because the server they are using doesn't allow them to run code).

oh yea like in DoD where there are only certain number of classes available, that would be pretty cool
