Logitech G5 mouse buttons 4 and 5 cannot be assigned/used.
In Logitech SetPoint software I have buttons 4 and 5 assigned as "Generic Button" which works in all other games. "Game Detection" feature of SetPoint Logitech drivers is disabled is it's known to cause trouble.
Need more info? Let me know. I have submitted the defect by running "reportBug" command in the console.

System:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
Logitech G5 Mouse.

The input library we use doesn't work with mouse buttons 4+. You have to use logitech drivers or other software such as autohotkey to bind them to keystrokes.
