[PRO] interest thread

Is there any interest to form a [pro] team for the tourney? (where the definition of [pro] is roughly you were "in" the old beta [pro] or cape spams 'PRO HAS ARRIVED' when you join a game).

Some of the other teams seem decent enough that i don't think it would be too imba considering some 'pros' are pretty rusty, and there are plenty of pro's already on other teams.

Also if we do this, fyi I can only make some of the games.

I dont know if youd have me, but id be interested. Caped was the first amazing player i played back in the day and as a ritual i always change my name to 'avengedcaper!' whenver i play him.

If we can get the trademark rights from Stack and Capey I'd be up for it. But there's a strong likelihood this will turn into team no one shows up.

All I ask is please don't tag any gimp noobs under [PRO]. [PRO] is for people who are just that, pro. [PRO] was one of the first tags and will always live on gloriously, so long as its ranks remain un-penetrated by noobness and sloppy bulls. Pros do not: spam nades, dumb bombs, or guided missiles (cape is barred from this rule obv). Pros do: pwn noobs, get massive k/d ratios, and bluster upon arrival and after achieving certain victory.

Theres others... snow/blank/ferret/kild/pbs/lam/lb/anyone on my friends list aside from the 2 or 3 that are bad and know they are bad/people I'm forgetting but still count/ consider this your personal invitations. I think with 8 people showing interest we can count on at least 4 showing per game. 5 people so far(not counting dubya, no offense, you wouldn't like this team anyway)

I'll join the second you manage to get Ferret to put a clan tag on his name that reads [PRO]. Because after that, the world will end so it won't ****ing matter.

Being able to kick king out of "tournament games" and watching the kind of whaambulance runs we get on other forums might make it worth it. Oh and 2012.

If ace has enough players that my alliance change wouldn't hurt them I'm pro to the bones baby...or something like that....but yah we would probably need a dozen to field a team, pros are busy people.

Sounds like interest to me, i don't think anyone cares if you put the pro tag on or not.

I'm volunteering evil as captain since he seems pretty enthusiastic about this.

Also note to ferret: I honestly don't care why you're taking the reigns as altitude's #1 troll, its just annoying to play in a game with you on your bad days.

always been a fan of PRO - keep me updated.

as mentioned, protest boy and I are already on LOBstars... but they have a lot of players now and if it meant putting a team in or not for you guys i'd help out.
