Hey Tech Support Team,
I recently downloaded the free to play version of Altitude and played hours on end. Really fun! So I decided to purchase it on Steam, to have access to all the content, and found I could not synchronize the content I had already unlocked to my newly downloaded Steam version. Is there any way to port the info from the free account to my steam account? Or do I have to take everything from the start? Given, it's no big deal, I'll have it all in a couple of days, but I also had community points and a few friends added. What can be done? Thanks and Best Regards, Razvan |

Hey, thanks for the info, really helpful...my problem is sort of the other way around seeing as though I first gained achievements via demo and then joined via Steam. My only worry is, mainly, due to the community points I earned and the friends I got in touch with (That also netted me the community points, via sharing on FaceBook).
I guess I'll just have to see...it's not like this is some sort of major downer for the game ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Please send an email to support@nimblygames.com with both of your Altitude nicknames and I can transfer your community points from the old to the new account.
