You are receiving this e-mail because a VPS service you have with us is scheduled for an upgrade. The window for this maintenance is 09/15/2011 between 9AM - 2PM Eastern Time. Your service will remain online until the maintenance is performed. Once your service is taken down for the upgrade, it will be down for 30 minutes.

If your service (once taken down) is not back online after an hour, please open a ticket with our support department. Please do not open multiple tickets as this will delay us servicing you and our other clients.

What this should mean is that sometime during the window, ladder should "break" (the server will become unresponsive to any commands). However, the game that was in session immediately prior to it breaking should record normally. During the maintenance time, the ladder server will continue to become unresponsive to any commands, but you should be free to use the server to play non ladder games. Within 30 minutes of it breaking (the length of time that maintenance is estimated to last), the ladder should once again become responsive to commands and function as normal.

tl;dr: ladder will break briefly tomorrow, if it works it works if it doesn't then wait.
