I've got it!

I just thought of a great idea on how we could get a altitude t-shirt made! Okay I've recently been submitting a lot of t-shirt designs to threadless.com, none have gotten in. but they usually get around 100-300 votes, So I think if Lamster submitted a design, and the whole altitude community voted on it, I think we could get it in! Leaving the devs with some prize money, some great publicity for altitude if you put the link to the website in the description. And all of the altitude users a t-shirt to buy.

What do you think? I think we could do it if we tried.

I think that's a pretty solid idea and I have one more addition to it. I think it'd be interesting if we had a community contest for the T-shirt design or maybe just an idea for the design that Lamster submits since we have so many talented people in this group and a lot of opinionated people as well. Then it gets submitted and we vote it in.

That would make it even more likely the shirt would get sold, one guy gets the bragging rights that he had the idea for the Altitude shirt, and Lamster still gets the money.

YES, so glad people think it's a good idea. The reason I wanted lam to submit it, 1. because he would get the money 2. Because I thought we should just do the altitude logo, the one on the top left of the altitude site. And that's his property.

I don't think it will get many votes (we will need more than just the alti community to get it in) if it is just the alti logo, but if it was something within alti or something that mentioned it, I think we might be onto a winnar.

Threadless is cheap though, I recently bought 7 T-shirts from there, came to £53, quality seems good too. Not sure what their euro exchange rate is like (the site charges you in dollars)

I wonder if I will have to visit the German customs office if I ship it The bloody place has no easy train access, and they said I need to bring someone who speaks good german.. Sigh.
