I am currently using the demo and so far I have unlocked 11 planes and aced.
If I buy the game, do I get everything or do I start over with nothing again? please answer

Your account will remain the exact same (progress, aces, unlocks maintained) but you will now be able to access all configurations that were previously locked behind "get full game" icons.
