I've been demoted to a demo account

I keep getting the "buy full game" popups, and I can't join the ladder server, getting the error message that demo players can't join.

Since your account is authenticated via Steam you might need to contact them. I'd give it a day, see if it clears -- then verify that "Altitude" still appears as an owned game in your Steam Library and contact Steam support.

Thanks Lam. I was in offline mode on Steam, changed that and the problem was solved.
