Social group cant join invitation group? (forums problem?)

I dont know if this belongs here. But anyway, When i try to join the (5) social group the leader sends me invite btw and i dont receive them he says it show this measage The user not eligible for joining groups.... how do i fix this also this is about forums not game but thi is best place to put it.

this is probably because you haven't posted enough yet (so the forum suspects that you might be a bot). try posting a few more times (so that you get 3-5 posts) and then have him send you the request again. don't just post random crap though haha, post in your clan thread or something.
