Um I'm not sure at all, but I think that means your firewall is blocking Altitude from making contact with your computer. If that is the case, you should log in to your router and change some settings, such as your NAT and your online gaming settings.

Another process is probably using that port (maybe even a hung Altitude process in the background). You can open your task manager and kill the process holding the port, or you can select a different port using the box that pops up, or you can reset your computer.

In that case your problem is either with local security software (firewall, anti-virus) or your router.
Try disabling any local security software and the Windows Firewall. |

Is there any security software running on your computer? AVG, Norton, Symantec, BitDefender, Microsoft Security Essentials -- any of those could be blocking the ports. Try disabling all security software.

Can you zip up your log directory and send it to support@nimblygames.com?
in the body of your email reference this thread so we know what we're looking for in the log files. The log folder I want you to zip up is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Altitude\log |

It looks to me like some kind of security software is blocking Altitude from binding a UDP port. Otherwise you may need to update your network drivers.

Have you tried connecting your computer to the internet directly, no wireless or routers involved (e.g. plugging the cable internet into your computer)?
