Not sure why this hasn't been posted yet, but the website is down.

it's part of my new campaign to permanently disallow players i don't like from playing ladder or accessing the ladder website. they hid your ip's, but not fast enough! mwahahahah

The VPS that the ladder database is hosted on is down. Proaxxs, the company that runs the VPS, is being very short on details and taking an unusually long time to get it fixed.

I have talked to them 4 times and i always get:

Support ticket has been open for 12 hrs now... They won't even tell me what's wrong... Getting a little fed up. Anyone know of a reliable VPS host? I'm not the biggest fan of godaddy but their price is good.

Linode's pretty good. (there's probably cheaper vps's though)

I just did a lot of research moving from a windows to linux VPS. Went with http://www.WiredTree.com and everything has been smooth..only been half a month though. Given what I read while researching VPS hosts I feel pretty comfortable recommending them for linux.

If you want a Windows VPS I had a great experience with http://www.softsyshosting.com and would definitely recommend them.

I have read not heard good things about godaddy.

Thanks vanishing, they look interesting but at a base price of $49/month I would rather just go w/ amazon ec2 + s3.
