Logins stop on UDP handshake 3

I've send a e-mail to support@nimblygames.com, and they send me a e-mail to try to solve the problem, but the solution don't work, and i send another e-mail, but no one returned to me, so, i'm here now.
I have a problem in the game, i can't login, cause when i try to login, the messages stop on UDP handshake 3, but the game don't crash, just stop here.
More or less one week, i can't login and play online, so i need a solution!
Someone can help me?

Oh, i forgot to say, i have the game demo, but i will buy in a few days

I have had this problem before and I found that reinstalling the game worked best for me. You might want to check your firewalls too.

Well, i already have reinstalled 2 times a few days ago, and i uninstalled and reinstalled, but doesn't work for me, and the firewall, i don't know what i need to do. What i need to do on my firewall?

Sorry I forgot to get back to you after reading through your log files. I didn't notice anything in the logs so try the following:

Start -> Run -> cmd (to open a dos prompt)
In the dos window, type
ipconfig
From the results, select the "IPv4 Address" corresponding to your primary internet connection. In my case the value is 192.168.1.4

Now, use a text editor to open C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\altitude\config\optio ns.xml
On the line starting with <networkOptions...

[if running standalone version]
Now, use a text editor to open C:\Program Files (x86)\Altitude\config\options.xml
On the line starting with <networkOptions...


Replace
bindIp="ANY"
with
bindIp="ipv4address_obtained_from_instructions_abo ve"

Replace
port="27272"
with
port="48000"

Replace
upnpEnabled="true"
with
upnpEnabled="false"

Then save options.xml and relaunch Altitude.

Oh my God, why this things just like to happen to me, and i can't fix ?
Well i tried your metod, but the game still stoping on UDP handshake 3 screen.
But the funny, its when i click on cancel (cause the game stop here, and nothing happen), the game shows "Logged out"! But i can't login !

---Problem Fixed---

Hey! Now i reinstalled the game, but i deleted the altitude folder on C:/program files/altitude
On the first time, i just uninstalled and reinstalled, and the game let some old files back, but now, i deleted the altitude folder, and reinstalled the game completely new.
(on the first time, i think some configurations let the game stoped, but now, i deleted these configurations and all the game files and reinstalled!)
