cant open altitude

hello, i was starting altitude today and it didnt open so i updated java and reinstalled it and still not working giving me this error " The JVM couldd not be started. The maximum heap size (-XMX) might be too large or an antivirus or firewakk tool could block the excution

please help im experiencing this problem for 6 days so far, thanks

Are you running the downloaded version (from our website) or from Steam? Please try the online version and let me know if it works:

Do you have any firewall or security products running? You might need to disable those.

YAYY i formatted my laptop and redownloaded steam and java and alti it worked
