Some kind of Video-bug i can't really explain

So i was playing Altitude and the game was kinda glitchy ?

i can't really explain how or what it is but i tried taking some screenshots of it but they seem to be fine, so i made something similar in photoshop what it looks like

(This happened only when i was moving my plane and panning around free camera)
i have Altitude from steam. the standalone version works fine.
I have tried updating my video drivers and still no fix :/

Any help is appreciated.

Enable VSync in the graphics options, and make sure your drivers aren't overriding that setting.

i remember now, i did it earlier to try out the 400 fps
