Polio agreed to let me do a 1DM conversion of his ball_crystallized map. Credit for all art + original concept goes to him, I just rearranged it for 1DM ('cuz hey I like 1DM).

- Non-para BG is Black; Name text White; Plane-damage smoke grey
- Weapon PUs at top and bottom on 25s spawn, do not spawn at start
- Health PUs to the left and right on 30s spawn, do not spawn at start
- Team health PUs above each team spawn, do not spawn at start
