Fatal Error, server launcher failed, exiting

Every time I try to launch a server, a message
Comes up saying "fatal error, server launcher initialization failed, exiting".
This happens every time i try to make a server and the
annoying thing is It doesnt tell me what the error is and
how to fix it. I use an iMac. my router is the DLINK DSL-G604T
I really dont have much else to say.....
anyone can you please help?

Do you configure a server with "server_configurator" before lauch ?

Please post the content of the file ServerLauncher.log from the directory /Applications/Altitude/log to give us some idea what could be going wrong.

ok, so sorry for the wait that took ages, but here is the messages from server.launcher_error.log:

What does ~Altitude/log/ServerLauncher.log say? Are there any other error lines in either file?

Perhaps your ~Altitude/servers/launcher_config.xml file is corrupt. You could try renaming/deleting it, and then create a new one with the server configurator. Alternatively you may need to reinstall Altitude on your computer.
