Like J said: I waited until the next goal to say the second thing. Obviously the chat log doesn't show that but it's true.

To be honest I think the rule is silly and I wouldn't pursue a ban but for the fact that the lot of you were being complete hypocrites.

And if I didn't convince you about the sportsmanship, I'll make a list of some stuff:

1) Telling me to spec chat when I followed every rule, even though your teammate disregarded the rule completely (you can debate this, I'm not completely sure about that rule but this is what I gather)
2) Refusing to move to an EU server for the third game even though vlix agreed to do the first two in USA.
3) Constantly complaining about our lag despite refusing to go to a server where it wouldn't be present (refer to "faggot-ass euros" below).
4) Your entire team leaving after your game without a single "gg" (last screenshot, all of you left before any of this chatting occurred).

You can give all the clever comebacks you want. This is a small game, I have huge respect for the server admins for maintaining competitive leagues despite the small amount of players, and yet you guys are the least sporting winners (and losers) in any game.

Here are some screenshots to show people what I'm talking about:

1st is radium breaking the rule; again, I'm not out to get him just for the hell of it but now that it's out there I might as well.

2nd is a bit of clever rhetoric by your team

3rd shows leggo saying that you can only say "np/gj/etc" after goal. I said "pro" after a goal, afaik this is included under "etc." Also a nice little quote about the lag at the bottom (after refusing to switch servers).

4th shows reaction after entire t3c team left without saying "gg".

I don't have any problem with people breaking the spec chat rule. I have a problem with an entire team being disrespectful and rude to everyone else. I wasn't even going to post the chat log until ssd and leggo tried to reverse it on me. I will be completely happy if radium isn't issued a ban; in fact, he was one of the least rude of his team.

And how is this "interpreting in my own way?" What is open for interpretation here? Rule states: you can congratulate right after goals, and never talk at other times during the game.

You shouldnt be banned for saying 'pro' after a goal and people shouldnt even request a ban for that however you couldve also avoided the 'im allowed to talk after goals bitches' which could get you banned.

I for one think Naniwa's actions were deplorable. It was a great disservice to the community, the Koreans, and most of all esports. For that I believe fair that he not participate in the next GSL Season.

read the post i linked you to. you said something along the lines of "i'm allowed to talk after goals bitches", which is not true. you are allowed to say things like "pro", "np", "gj", etc. you are not allowed to write out the great gatsby in chat or whatever that sentence was you typed.

as far as i'm concerned, the rule is that you play the first two games in a US server unless both teams agree EU and the loser of the second game gets to pick which server you play in for the third game. we lost the second game, therefore we pick the server. we picked US. i could look up where the rule is for that, but i don't care enough.

because moving to an EU server obviously gets rid of all lag. yeah, sure that logic makes sense.

As for the rule about which servers you're in, for all I know you could be right about that. My ping was fine, I'm just the spokesman for my team here.

Who said anything about "removing all lag"? I sure didn't. I recall saying something like, if your team is complaining about the lag of the "faggot ass euros", then if you switch servers said euros will no longer have lag. Correct me here if I'm wrong about the nature of lag.

The problem is, there would actually be more lag. Since you are US, that would mean you along with our entire team would lag. we would have the same effects and probably still blame europe for it because obviously europe is the source of all lag. it's explicitly stated in the bible. yes, i now understand that you meant the euro lag, but we would have the exact same effects plus you would seemingly lag double the amount.

Aha I see where this problem is coming from. My "it" in the bold refers to "our lag." I suspect you thought it referred simply to "lag."

I will discuss with the other admins what to do about this...I am inclined to just punish both radium and fart because as leggo posted it is true, but I will discuss it with the other admins.

Also, for future reference as the rule is unclear and andy mentioned this in the other thread, the first two games are played in US server (unless agreed elsewhere) the third game is played in EU if either team suggests it. The rule was ambiguous at most and really unfair to the EU teams and thus why it is now switched.

iirc vlix asked us prior to the game how the third server would be determined, i told them this, and then the same thing immediately after the second game. i think it's rather silly to consider a team to be bm for following the rules as written, if the rule had been opposite (first 2 were on EU, vlix lost 2nd game and had the chance to pick server) you and i both know that vlix would have picked EU without a moment's hesitation. the difference is that we wouldn't have been complaining about it.

@fart- I am not going to punish you if you say something else that reasonable (I would prefer if what you said was at least sportsman like though) as long as it is within a few seconds around the goal. I think my main issue with you though is that once spec chat is called all chat should cease and if I read the chat logs correctly there was spec chat and although you talked during a goal that should have been the end of all chatting.

@SSD- you are absolutely correct. t3c followed the rules as posted and while yes it may seem unfair it has been corrected to not allow future instances of this sort. Anybody criticizing what t3c did is not in the right line in this case. I find it pretty unbelievable that people who follow the rules and take advantage of them to help win are being shunned. It is not the teams faults for following the rules. The rules themselves may be to blame. Like in this case.

I should also note that it would be much nicer if everyone got along (impossible I know), but sometimes if you guys could just hold back a bit it would make things much nicer as an admin because I am less lenient about people coming to post something then getting bashed by a member of another team, then in response bashing back.
