i need to know the name of your servers to help. ican help with the duplicates though. every time you edit your servers, it duplicates the server. every time you edit your servers, you need to copy them and delete the previous server. i also need your altitude name so that way i can chat and tell you why people cant join.

i know ive seen that server name before. could you send me your server launcher log so i check it out for errors? send it to jardanc@yahoo.com. you can find the log by starting your servers. when you start them, close to the top it will tell you where to find it

LOL its so funny. tech is try to help and massi keep asking a question btw massi, u must tell what kind a router do u have. Try open safari and type 192.168.1.1 in the url. Then type admin in both field. If u use Linksys router, click on "applications & gaming" tab. Then add altitide in apps name, for external & internal ports key in 27272 or type 27272-30000 in port range forwarding, select UDP (or both) for the protocol then add ur ip address. Save and exit. Restart ur comp.

I hope this will help, if not then im sorry Technician is quite expert in this field. I encounter the same prob before then i read a post by Technician and try it. It's work well

Cheers mate!

that could work except for one thing, her router is proably not the same. For one thing she couldve had a different ip address.
