0:0:_____ means u were playing way longer than 0:1 and it seems u have more experience and are legit, people call cheats on everyone and anyone with 0;0 would never cheat

This is not correct.
I just checked an official post on steampowered.com that says initially, the 0/1 was the random server in which you first signed up.
My account has now nearly 6 years, and Steam has nearly 6 years. ^^
0 or 1 doesn't mean anything actually.

thousands of people tried to get 0:1:20000000
it goes up by that number, 20000001, 20000002, and etc...

it's in order that these are created...

0:0:.... can't be made anymore
