I wasnt on a server so this is against the rules so i advise you either undo ban or i report you

Nimbly dont have privileges in not official servers,so basicly he can do what ever he want with his server.

If I ban you from 1 server, it applies to all my servers; I can't help that (as far as I know atleast). Cookie is right etc.

The forums are not the place for this. As has already been stated, Nimbly is not responsible for any actions on non-official servers. Regardless of whether it is justified or not, Cracker is free to ban anyone or do anything he wants on his servers. If you have an issue - talk with him about it via pm or in game.
