Money for Maps

In anticipation of my paycheck in the coming summer,

I'm offering players $25 to make maps for the upcoming skyleague and altitude pro league map pools....

I will offer $50 dollars for players who design maps based on my description...

Rules are they have to be official-tier, and have to be submitted by me and my friend(will determine later), they will be tested by players before the season and selected... maps played and selected for APL/skyleague will recieve $50 dollars, and if they are exactly what i wanted, i might give a $25/$50 dollar bonus

Via paypal/via whatever, i'll ****ing pay you. For now, makes maps and make an IOU and i will surely find 1% of my paycheck to give to you

Around a month ago, in a ladder game spectator chat session, Evilarsenal, hereinafter referred to as OP, promised me, Dick van Dyke, a picture of him performing a, for this forum, inappropriate action to an unknown female individual. Unfortunately he, allegedly, had to leave but reassured me by stating that he promised to deliver these aforementioned images to me in some way when he next came online.
OP has not delivered, even after repeated reminders, and therefore OP is a liar and I would think twice about trusting him with something as sensitive as cash payment.
