#OFFISHAL rules and regulations:
• Use of time anchor is strictly prohibited. • Map pools for each week will be provided ahead of time. These must be played in the order given. • The individual 1v1 games are to be played on 1dm maps on the Altitude Proleague servers using the BO10 win by 2 format. • Matches will be best of 7, meaning the first team to take 4 games wins the match. • At the start of a match, each team sends out one player and they 1v1 on the chosen map. • The winner of the match "stays on" and continues playing until they are defeated or the opposing team loses four games, thus ending the match. • An "all-kill" is when one player defeats four members of the opposing team consecutively without losing a match, hence the name of the format. • If a team does not have enough players available, they are allowed to play using however many members they have all their team members have been eliminated. • #tl will either be a one-week double-elim tournament or a multi-week league based on the number of signups. Registration: • Please use the form provided in the OP to register your team. • Registrations that do not follow these basic guidelines will not be accepted: • Only one team member on each line, and only one team captain should be listed. • There is a minimum of 7 players that must be on a team, and a maximum of 12. • Leave any unused roster spots blank on the form. • To make changes to your registration, just re-submit your team and post in the thread saying you have made a new entry. We can barely start tbd ladder every 4 months with 10 players and 7 dudes as a minimum is quite the faith.

As an FYI trickster > time anchor in 1dm and 1v1. If you don't want an all trick tourney perhaps consider banning randa altogether :P

Limiting to 1 perk is actually really weak.
On another note, the google doc thing is really nice, looks great. |

Just prohibit randas from using green perks. No, this is not weak at all in 1v1.
Suggestion: no pickups except hp. If this is accepted, we will also want to decide whether picking them up and using them on nothing is allowed, in order to let hp respawn. Last edited by Knipchip; 07-14-2013 at 11:21 PM. |

i just dueled walt with 1 perk (blue). it seemed pretty even.

i think map choice is very important in regard to this. asteroids is pretty much the ideal 1v1 w/ items map since items don't spawn immediately and they are both in center and pretty close to each other. cave, mayhem, fuji, gemstone, locomotion, crystallized, sanctum, twisted are ok. other maps like clocktower that have items spread out all over are just going to result in both players having an item all the time if they are playing right. there are also a few itemless maps from silent skies that would make for good variety. |
