Servers: at tourney servers, private servers can be used but must add at least me as an admin and preferably all APL admins, and must be tested before season starts.

Preseason: 25th August

Important: No new teams will be accepted after the preseason ends ONLY teams that have already participated in at least 1 APL will be allowed to register after preseason. Preseason serves no purpose other than making sure new teams are able to show up to games.

Current Blacklisted Teams:
Black listed teams can register, must show up for preseason and then must be voted by a majority of the teams to be allowed to participate.

Way to large of a Roster Size imo. We need more teams not less.

I honestly don't think it will prevent any teams from being there, but I mean I am sure like half the people agree with a lower limit and half with higher limits. Can't make everyone happy.

fwiw the players that would have been excluded from sams had the roster size stayed at 12 were very unlikely to join a *new* team so it really doesn't matter in terms of the size of the league

With ladder down, I think we need to push this up. So I am going to pass on the all star game and start the preseason on the 25th of August with regular season starting the following week. Registration ends one week from tomorrow.
