Altitude Install File Damaged
I was trying to reinstall. Deleted the old files. Downloaded the install file from the website. Loaded disk image (mac) then clicked on the 'install altitude' icon. I get a reply saying the file is damaged. Have tried to download from multiple browsers several times but keep getting the same reply.

Weird. I've uploaded new installers, let me know if you continue to experience problems.

So I downloaded the new installer. Still the same problem. Looked into it a bit more.
On macs under System Prefs> Security & Privacy> General (tab), there is a setting saying 'allow apps downloaded from:'. This must be set to 'Anywhere' otherwise it will give the 'file damaged' reply when trying to install. It does not explain that it is a system permission you can change. Incase anyone asks or does the same thing I have in the future. NipNip =] |
