Week 3 US Servers

Hopefully don't cause too much confusion but I have 3 different US servers up this week as I have been testing them with ladder. All the servers shave been used enough that I consider them very stable and I am mostly testing them for latency. The locations are all very close to each other, but the pings will vary to some players.

I have put 2 servers up in each location. So you will see US1#1, US1#2, and similar for the other two locations. Move commands use US1, US2, or US3 instead of simply US.

Short version: Use whichever server you want unless players in the game have happen to have unusually high pings or other server specific problems. If they do try another US server.

Server details:
US1 was used originally in my ladder and generally provides very good pings. However a very small number of players sometimes seem to have higher latency here.

US2 was used in APL10 finals. Based on the last few days of ladder, it might provide the most stable pings out of the three for most players. However pings for a lot of players will be 10-25ms higher than US1 or US3.

US3 was used a few weeks in ladder up until a few days ago and has been used for SL9. US3 seems to provide the best pings overall, but a few players including myself occasionally have our pings go up quite a bit temporarily. The main reason I put the other test servers up though is an seemingly high number or players getting d/c's (only like 5 people, but still seemed like a lot to me). Probably their connection, but was enough to cause some concern.

I expect to have servers set up like this for the rest of the month before going back down to a single US server.
