game launches but nothing shows up

hello, i just discovered this game like an hour ago. looked for some info on youtube, google, and so on. i heard and read that the multiplayer was awesome, so no need to think further. i clicked the download button, installed it and choose for the option to run it. here comes the printscreen in order which i have added. the printscreen shows me what i get when i launch the game. i have tried this: fresh install, disabled firewall and security, after that reboot and again disabled security and firewall. nothing worked, all the time the only thing i got as reward was the launchers picture and black background. please help me, i already bought the game but i cant play it :/.

as addition, if you look at the printscreen, the game is running, i hear the music. but thats all.

Weird - have you tried updating your graphics drivers from the source? (nvidia.com, ati.com, intel.com, depending on manufacturer -- Windows Update may not provide OpenGL compatible drivers)

i have checked and now new updates. however i have one of the worst video cards. i looked up to the system requirements and everything looked fine. here are my specs:

win 7, 64bits
E6550 2,33GHz duo cpu
2g ram
intel(r) q35 express chipset family, 256mb

i tried a few more times to play and also searched as usual the tech forum but i did not found anything like this problem.

Just to confirm are you using the driver from:

um no, its a tight difference. i use the q35 express chipset family, and that one is not included in that update unfortunately. i tried to update it with that link but it didn't worked. maybe because its an old one. but i have some good news, i get a new pc next monday, so its not very necessary to solve it
