I took the name from my favorite Mario Kart battle stage. BlockFort was designed for either FFA or 1DM. To save time building this massive map, I decided to use old assets from my past endeavors. I had quite a few to choose from, but I decided to go with the ones that had distinctly different visual styles. File size was a big concern of mine, so I shrank all of my assets to the smallest size possible and textured everything else to keep the file from being too bulky. I'm actually really happy with how small the size ended up considering the amount of assets and backgrounds I have in there. In addition to each zone having a separate theme, each square also has some kind of gimmick: In the top-left (garden), the bushes and shrubs have a very jagged collision outline and are very bouncy. You can fly under the vines and through the red X chain. The pink stone pathway is part of the background. In the top-right (oyster), you have the confetti to fly under, and friendly reminders to good luck have fun etc. The confetti looks really light in the picture for some reason, but it's quite colorful in game. In the bottom-right (scary), the observant skull has returned! If you touch the fingertips of either pointing skeleton arm, you instantly die. Also, if you fly into either of the open skull's mouths, you instantly die. You can still fly through all the ribs, though, just like in the ball version. In the bottom-left (temple), you are underwater, glub glub glub. All of the pylons, kelp plants and fish are part of the background and can be flown through. The middle is a wraparound to keep things moving. There are two more spawns offscreen in the FFA version that make it so you flip screens immediately after spawning. I'm treading on new territory with this map and I'm not entirely sure how it's going to be received. But, please let me know what you guys think! Great work! Now all we need are people playing in decent 1dm EU servers with experimental maps. It's great to see people keeping this game thriving.

For some reason, I'm having trouble getting the most updated version uploaded. If yall hold a sec I can get the newest version 2 u

Er, bump?
The one I played in the Half-Baked public server was, well, slightly problematic. Nothing gamechanging, but there were two problems that I saw. 1. In the garden area, the "truss" thing is duplicated, and they are slightly offset from one another. 2. In the scary area, the parallax eyeballs are falling out...
