Server MOTD, chat config, game modes, triggers?

Once again, thanks for a great game!

Just a few quick suggestions:

Server MOTD (message of the day): A welcome message when you join a server, configurable by the admin, preferably remotely (I can log into the game and change it, I don't need to edit the xml)

Chat config: Move the chat boxes, resize, change font size, hide certain messages (for example: when a map switches and i get spammed with "___ joined the game" 20 times), etc.

More game modes, triggers perhaps?: People have made lots of "race" maps, but they don't really work, a race mode would be cool. Like, you have to fly through all the loops to win (think tutorial). Also, a way to config a map to disable ALL weapons (for race and dodgeball/volleyball maps, including making miranda boost do no damage). Also making walls that only certain teams can pass, or that planes can't pass, but bombs can, etc.

I guess it depends on if you guys think that the race, volleyball, dodgeball maps are the kind of thing that you want altitude to have.
